MyLenderPilot provides informational tools, content, and insights intended to help users understand financing pathways and lender options.

MyLenderPilot is not a lender. We do not originate loans, provide credit, underwrite, or make lending decisions.

2. Informational use only

The Service is provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for your own decisions and for verifying information with relevant parties.

3. No government affiliation

MyLenderPilot is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) or any government agency. References to public programs or datasets are informational only.

4. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access systems without authorization, disrupt the Service or other users, or submit false or misleading information. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security.

6. Connecting with lenders / partners

If you choose to connect with lenders through the Service, you may be asked to provide additional information, and your information may be shared with selected partners as part of that flow. Lender decisions and outcomes are outside our control. We do not guarantee approval, funding, rates, or terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service and its content, design, software, and trademarks are owned by MyLenderPilot or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyLenderPilot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service, including financing outcomes and lender decisions.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
